Cancellation and Returns Policy

Selligion Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “ we” or “ us ” or “ our ”) is committed to provide the customer (hereinafter referred to as “ you ” or “ your ” or “ Customer ”) with exceptional products and services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel an order or seek a refund. To ensure transparency and a seamless experience, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Period - Orders can be canceled before the shipping process starts
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
Cancellation Request To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team.
Refund Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be
processed to the original payment method within 02 (two)
business days.
Return Policy
Return Period Orders can be returned within 07 (seven) days from the date of
delivery.

Within 03 (three) business days, we will arrange for the
products to be collected from your address once your return
request has been approved.

Please return the products in their original packaging, unused,
along with any documentation and any other items included in
the original shipment

Refund Once the product is received by us in its original condition, the
refund will be processed to the original payment method
within 02 (two) business days.
Warranty Policy
Warranty Period Our Praho devices are covered by a 3-years hardware replacement warranty. However, this warranty does not extend to ancillary hardware or equipment such as keyboards, mouse, monitors, etc.

To ensure a seamless experience, we provide 5 (five) years over-the-air update warranty to our operating system i.e., ‘Abacca’.

The hardware and software warranties will be rendered invalid if the devices have been disassembled, opened, serviced, modified, installed or altered by anyone other than our authorized service team, or if the device is otherwise ‘unlocked’ (with respect to the bootloader or any other underlying software), hacked, modified, customised, or otherwise compromised or replaced with any operating system other than Abacca on our Praho device (including in each case any attempt to do so).

PLEASE NOTE:
This warranty does not extend to accidents, damages, breakages or any and all defects that do not occur in the manufacturing process or from the direct actions of Selligion. Any such accidents, damages, breakages and defects arising out of actions other than Selligion’s will not be covered under this warranty.
Warranty Claim To initiate your Warranty claim, kindly adhere to the following procedures:

● Digitally scan the Warranty Card accompanying your Praho device

● Fill out all requisite details accurately in the provided Selligion warranty registration form and submit the same.

● Upon receipt of your eligible claim, if deemed valid, a member of our team will contact you within 24 (Twenty-Four) to 48 (Forty-Eight) working hours to confirm the activation of the warranty. Upon confirmation, a video conference with our team will be arranged to address and resolve the matter.

● Subsequent actions will be determined based on the outcome or resolution reached during the video conference. Selligion reserves the right to determine whether a device will be repaired or replaced, based on the internal assessment criteria. In cases where repair is feasible, customers shall not receive a replacement device. This decision is made our sole discretion, considering factors such as the extent of damage and the warranty terms.

PLEASE NOTE:

Warranty claims are exclusively applicable within the territorial limits of India. Claims originating from any other jurisdiction will not be entertained.

In the event of damage, delay, or failure in shipping for reasons beyond our control, we will make every
effort to address and resolve the issue promptly. However, cancellations, returns and refunds will be
solely at our discretion in such cases.
