Selligion Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we ” or “us ” or “our”) is committed to ensuring a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your” or “Customer”). Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Shipping Rates and Options We offer standard and expedited shipping options all over
India (including remote areas and villages) through leading
courier companies. We offer free shipping on all orders.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding
Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment.
Please allow additional time during peak seasons or
promotional periods.


Once your ordered item is confirmed and processing, you will
receive an email on your registered Email ID with the details of
the order places and the estimated dispatch date.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email
on your registered Email ID with the following details:


(a) Shipping date;
(b) Expected date of delivery;
(c) Courier partner’s name along with tracking link; and
(d) Item details of the package


For orders placed on non-working days, delivery time is
calculated from the subsequent business day.
Estimated Delivery Dates If the item you ordered is in stock, it will usually take 7-8
business days to deliver it to you after it has been processed
and payment has been received and cleared. If the location is
extremely remote, the delivery timeline will take a few days
longer than usual and we will keep you notified about the
delivery date
Order Delivery Once the order has been delivered to your address, you will
receive and email on your registered Email ID with the delivery
date and the invoice for the order.
Delivery Delays We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by
unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme
weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions. If
there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we
will contact you via email.
Post - Delivery Inspection Before the orders are shipped to you, all of our packages are
perfectly sealed at the warehouse. Please inspect the external
condition of the package/box upon receipt to see if there are
signs of damage or if the package has been opened during
transit.

If you open the package and discover that the product in the
box has been tampered with or is missing, please contact
customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Change of Order Once your order has been submitted, it is immediately entered
into our order processing system and cannot be changed.
Before placing your order, please make sure you have included
everything you need as we cannot make any changes once the
order has been submitted.
Change of Delivery Address Once your order is submitted, the delivery address is verified
by our customer support team. Unfortunately, we cannot
change the delivery address after your order is shipped.

If you are not available to accept the delivery, you can arrange
for another adult to take delivery on your behalf at the same
address.
