Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Period - Orders can be canceled before the shipping process starts
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
Cancellation Request To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team.
Refund Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be
processed to the original payment method within 02 (two)
business days.
Return Policy
Return Period Orders can be returned within 07 (seven) days from the date of
delivery.

Within 03 (three) business days, we will arrange for the
products to be collected from your address once your return
request has been approved.

Please return the products in their original packaging, unused,
along with any documentation and any other items included in
the original shipment

Refund Once the product is received by us in its original condition, the
refund will be processed to the original payment method
within 02 (two) business days.

In the event of damage, delay, or failure in shipping for reasons beyond our control, we will make every
effort to address and resolve the issue promptly. However, cancellations, returns and refunds will be
solely at our discretion in such cases.
